Disappointments

Disappointments
This pain, sorrow and fear I have felt,
These shocks, tides and tears I’ve shed,
But they never last forever; never.
I have felt the darkness break upon me,
“I have never felt so down in my life.”
This I thought, an offshoot of disappointments.

You long, dream and hope for all things good,
“But receiving, getting and enjoying only some”,
Is a rule in life everyone learns the hard way.
There is never a person, who doesn’t cry,
There is never a person without disappointments,
But life is a risk, all can risk just dreaming..
